The Process
Phase One: Interior Architecture
I collaborate with your architect to establish layouts and ensure spaces flow effortlessly. Resolving key details early prevents challenges later and creates a solid foundation for the design.
Phase Two: Concept & Presentation
Room-by-room designs are developed, supported by elevations and visuals. Finishes such as fabrics, joinery, tiles, and materials are reviewed and approved so the design direction is confirmed.
Phase Three: Technical Detailing
With concepts agreed, I prepare technical drawings and specifications - from bespoke joinery to lighting and plumbing layouts - giving the trades everything they need for precise execution.
Phase Four: Procurement
I source and order all design elements, coordinating with suppliers and resolving issues along the way. Deliveries are carefully managed so everything arrives on time and ready for installation.
Phase Five: Design Management
As construction progresses, I'm on site overseeing trades, managing timelines, and ensuring every detail aligns with the agreed design. This stage is about turning the vision into reality.
Phase Six: Installation & Styling
At the final stage, I arrange furniture, accessories, and styling, ensuring your home feels complete and move-in ready.
